  • You have 5 days after receiving your order to request a replacement.

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected.

  • Replacement approval will be processed within 7 days after inspection.

  • After approval, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 working days (subject to availability).

📦 Note: Replacement will be dispatched only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

  • If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable at your location).

  • If pickup service is not available, self-shipping may be required. Our team will guide you through the process.


💬 Important Guidelines

  • Return/replacement requests without photo/video proof will not be processed.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

  • Products purchased during sale/discount may not be eligible for return (if applicable — optional, aap chaho toh add kar sakte ho).
