🕒 Refund Eligibility (Timeframe Policy)

  • You must raise a refund request within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • After 5 days from delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or return.


✅ Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Item received in damaged condition

  • Product significantly different from description

⚠️ For perfumes: Products must be sealed and unused due to hygiene and safety reasons.


🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping

  • In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product.

  • In such cases, a shipping reimbursement of ₹50–₹100 may be provided upon sharing the shipping receipt.


💳 Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

  • After approval, the refund will be processed within 9–15 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card).
